Absolutely.  We obviously hope you never will, but if you should decide to cancel simply contact us via our contact page and let us know. 

If I cancel at some point during the month, can I get a refund or partial refund for the time I haven't used?

No, sorry.  We do not issue refunds or partial refunds on our monthly service.

Yes.  If you aren't sure what a domain name is, it is www.DOMAINNAME.com.  On the order form, you will be able to search for a domain name.  Simply choose the available domain name you want, enter it on the order form and we will do our best to get it for you.  It's as simple as that.

You sure can.  It's really easy to do and will take you less than 2 minutes.  We will send you instructions for forwarding your domain to our service when you sign up.  It's very easy, but if you do need help, we will be glad to help you. 

Absolutely.  Each account comes with unlimited e-mail addresses and forwarding.  What this means is that you can have as many e-mail addresses as you can think of and can forward the email you receive at these addresses to any existing email address you want. 

For example, you can have e-mail addresses for yourself, your assistant and your partner at your new website domain (ex: you@yourdomain.com, assistant@yourdomain.com and partner@yourdomain.com.)   We can set it up for you so that all e-mail for you is automatically routed to your current email address, all e-mail for your assistant goes to your assistant's current email address and all e-mail for your partner is automatically routed to your partner's email address.
